- There is a tarmac entrance to the Park which has low speed ramps; other roadways/paths around the park have a hardcore base, grass and slate.
- The reception and shop are clearly visible from the entrance and are on ground level with easy access for wheelchairs with available parking.
- There are gates at the entrance of the park which are open between 7.30am and 11.00pm after which there will be no vehicle access.
- There is a 24hr pay phone available outside the reception, where useful telephone numbers-doctors, hospitals, vets, taxi’s etc are displayed.
- Staff are happy to assist with booking in and will assist with siting the caravans if necessary.
- Caravan and camping areas are clearly marked.
- All pitches on the park have a car parking space alongside or in front of the pitch.
- Hard standing and grass pitches are available.
- Fully serviced pitches are also available, which have their own electricity, light, tap and grey water drainage which can be connected directly to the caravan/motor home.
- Other drinking water points are clearly marked and are conveniently sited around the park.
- The chemical disposal point is situated to the side of the main shower and toilet block.
- Bins and recycling areas are sited conveniently around the park.
- Fire points are situated around the park and are clearly marked.
- There is limited, low level lighting around the park at night.
- The disabled facilities are located by the main toilet and shower block and are accessed by means of a key which can be obtained with a deposit at the reception.
- The disabled facilities include a shower, shower stool, seat, toilet, wash basin.
- Grab handles are in place in the facility.
- Assistance dogs are permitted in the disabled facilities.
- Mobile phone network is poor, vodaphone network being the best.
- A magnifying glass is available in reception.
- Public transport is available in the Town which is ¾ of a mile away.
- Local taxis are also available.
