We would just like to thank you for our stay at the pen y bont site, it had everything we wanted.

We came with another couple who in turn loved the site too, was lovely and unspoiled, but most of all ,you made us so welcome

we would all be back again next year.

But first we need to rest with all the walking and sight seeing we did, our dog has not woke up yet bless he's so tired, lol!!

Just like to say to u cate and peter we came with Mr and Mrs Springet for a few days and we had the best time ever. Im still very new to camping and coming to ur site makes me want to do camping more. It is lovely. The shower blocks are spotless.

This is one of the best sites we have ever stayed on.

The facilities are excellent and the owners Cate and Peter could not be more helpful. Little touches like the opportunity to order BBQ meat from an excellent local butcher direct from the site shop all add to a great experience.

The site has a really friendly atmosphere and the landscaping gives the site a feeling of space which enhances the peace and quiet.

Go and try this little gem and see for yourself.

Would just like to thank you for our long weekend we spent at Pen-y-bont campsite.

This was our first time camping with our dog and it was a brillaint experience for all three of us.

We would like to say a big thank you to Pete and Cate who are the owners of the site and are friendly and helpful and made our first camping trip easy and enjoyable.

The ammenities on site are lovely and clean with hot water available on demand, the site is spotlessly clean and beautifully kept.

The surrounding areas are beautiful with views off Bala lake to die for!!

Just checking our dates for next year as we shall be booking early as we will be coming with friends, recommend site to all.

We had a lovely 3 night camp late August 2007, having been to Dolgellau for 4 nights before hand it was really nice to see a well maintained site that wasn't cramped full of campers in order to make as much money as possible!! We found plenty of space, showers that worked and were hot all day and clean toilets that flushed, a shop that although small stocked everything we needed and more at prices that didn't make us gasp. The atmosphere on site is second to none and Peter and Cate are a lovely friendly couple who made us feel very welcome and at home. I visited Bala a few years ago and stayed in a hotel in the town but next time I will definitely be booking in again at Pen y Bont.

Just doing what I promised. We had a wonderful 4 nights on a excellent site. Owners can not do enough for you, shop small but anything you need will be in it at a reasonable price. Plenty to do around the area a wonderful idea of internet access if gone ahead with? ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU VERY MUCH. The Kissack Family.

We had our first experience of Pen y bont in 2006 and we loved it from the outset, from the friendly and helpful owners Peter & Cate to the lovely quiet family atmosphere all within easy reach of numerous facilities and activities situated on the edge of the beautiful Bala lake, town and leisure centre, in fact we loved it so much that we have booked a permanent pitch for our new caravan for the 2007 season, we know it will be safe there at Pen y bont which has become our second home.

Hi, we have just finished unpacking the trailer tent after spending 4 wonderful (if not a little chilly) nights at your lovely camp site. I decided that, with my coffee in hand, I would immediately send you this email to say THANKYOU for lovely break. A good time was had by all (and believe me its not often that Luke 13, Hannah 12 and Emily 6 can say that they enjoyed the same thing!) The park is a credit to your hard work and commitment and we will definitely be returning in the near future.
